Recipe
At the start of the brake bracket we were given blue prints to follow and make inside of Inventor and that part was fairly easy. Then after you go the Inventor part done with you had to export the file into fusion and start to create the actual path for the drill to cut out of the foam. Once that part was done you had to source the G Code and make sure that was all good and running. Then simulate the process that the drill was making. You then went down to the actual Mill and began to upload your file to the computer from your USB and lined up the drill bit at the stock box point, zero out all the coordinates and then press start and wait around 20 minutes for the drill to finish.
What I Learned
What I learned in this part of the project was that the programs that we have on the computers can give us complete free rain over everything on what we want to work on. It is just the matter of getting through all of the hard stuff that doesn't seem like it will work out in fusion or inventor and instead getting the help and making your project work out at the end.
